Pre-Order Shipping
The Unbuttonable is currently accepting pre-orders for our first launch.
Because this is a pre-order, your order will not ship immediately. Your shirt will ship once production is complete and inventory is ready.
Estimated shipping timelines will be provided on the product page and/or by email. If there are any significant production or shipping delays, we will notify you by email.
By placing a pre-order, you understand that your item is reserved in advance and will ship at a later date.
Order Processing
Once inventory is available, orders will typically be processed within 1–3 business days before shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
We currently offer standard shipping options within the United States.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has shipped, most orders are expected to arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your order has shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
The Unbuttonable is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. You may also contact us at theunbuttonable@theunbuttonable.com, and we will do our best to help.
The Unbuttonable is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
